Job summary

Axon Partners Group seeks a Back Office Consultant for our Madrid office to centralize admin paperwork for proposals and projects within the Consulting Division in the TMT sector. You will support consultants, coordinate with the admin team, and manage client payments and essential documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong English, and excellent MS Office skills, with the ability to multitask across multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Law, Economics or equivalent.
• Advanced in English (C1-C2).
• Good communication skills (oral and writing).
• Ability to multitask.
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct support from consultants and coordination with the admin department.
• Relationship with the clients for monitoring payments.
• Preparation of invoices, bid bonds, guarantees and contracts.
• Issuance of admin documents for the preparation of proposals: commerce register, VAT number, social security certificates, declarations of honor, notarizations, etc.
• Preparation of admin paperwork related to proposals: CVs, case studies, company description, etc.
• Other administrative responsibilities related to proposal or tender preparation.
• Support in other tasks in the admin department.
