Job summary

AP Cargo is seeking a Property/Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties in the Philippines. The role requires managing buildings, utilities, and services, plus supervising related projects and contracts.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in property, facilities, or project management, with strong coordination and negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in property, facilities, real estate, or project management.
• Experience in contract and vendor management is preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure proper maintenance of buildings, utilities, and services.
• Monitor property-related projects, timelines, deliverables, and progress; provide regular updates to management.
• Prepare and process payment requests for property acquisitions, rentals, taxes, utilities, and other related expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, tenants, business partners, and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct supplier and market benchmarking to support cost-effective property management.
• Manage property-related contracts, including drafting, preparation, routing, monitoring, and completion.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with property-related permits, taxes, contracts, and regulations.
• Prepare regular reports and recommend solutions to property-related concerns.
