Santos Knight Frank Cebu is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring discipline, welfare, efficiency and effective performance of all personnel under supervision.

The PM will oversee maintenance, tenant relations, safety, and compliance with building rules and regulations while coordinating with the Operations Manager. Daily inspections, reporting to management, and maintaining strong communications with tenants are included.
