• Sweep outdoor areas, maintain gardens, and ensure walkways are clear of debris.
• Water plants or manage other basic landscaping tasks.
• Check that doors, gates, and common areas are secure.
• Report any suspicious activities or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the manager of items needing restocking.
• Organize and maintain tools and equipment used for property upkeep.
