Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing units, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting and light repairs.
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways and lobbies.
• Assisting with move‑in/move‑out processes, including removing trash and debris.
• Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.
