PROPERTY BOOKKEEPER

What we're looking for

• Graduate of Accounting or Financial Management course

• At least three (3) years work experience

• Must be knowledgeable in accounting and auditing processes, reporting and regulatory frameworks

• Knowledgeable in the use of various computer applications

• Must possess strong oral written and communication skills

• Preferably residing in Pasig City or nearby areas

BUILDING TECHNICIAN

• At least three (3) years work experience

• Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, plumbing works/troubleshooting

• Willing to work on shifts and to perform housekeeping functions

• Preferably residing in Pasig City or nearby areas

DRIVERS

What we're looking for

• Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record
