Job summary

A leading real estate company in Metro Manila is seeking a confident and proactive Property Acquisition Specialist to expand its portfolio. The role involves calling property owners, building relationships, and identifying new leasing opportunities. Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree and possess strong communication skills in English and Filipino. This position offers a basic salary of 15,000 - 20,000 PHP per month plus commissions for acquired properties. Immediate start is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related course.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Confident speaking with property owners and clients.
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Willing to make calls and coordinate with property owners.

Responsibilities

• Call property owners and landlords to introduce company services.
• Identify potential properties for leasing and property management.
• Build relationships with property owners.
• Gather property details and basic information.
• Schedule property viewings when needed.
• Record landlord contact details in the company database.
• Help expand the company’s property portfolio in Metro Manila.
