Job summary

RAM GROUP, with offices including Manila, is seeking a Property Accountant Team Leader in Ortigas, Manila on a fixed-term maternity leave cover. You will lead the Manila AP and AR team, coordinate with Brisbane, and ensure efficiency in key finance processes while supporting month-end reporting for Australian portfolios.

The role requires strong accounting expertise, leadership, and experience with MRI/Nexus/MyBuildings.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience with AP/AR and 2+ years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manila AP and AR team, ensuring deadlines and accurate processing.
• Assist month-end close and supporting schedules for reporting.
• Oversee AP/AR journals, reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
• Support audits with documentation and explanations as required.
• Identify process improvements and support system enhancements.
