Job summary

Integrated Resort Property Management, a subsidiary of Megaworld Corporation, is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional to handle billing, collections, and financial reporting for property management in the Philippines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent and 2–4 years of experience in property management finance, with responsibilities including approvals by the Board and BIR filings. On-site assignment within the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of working experience in Property Management specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the billing and collection of all unit owners are properly accounted and deposited.
• To monitor the expenses/disbursements on site with proper approval of the Board of Directors.
• Prepare financial reports and filling of BIR.

Education
