Job summary

North Asia Central Manpower in the Philippines is recruiting a Sales Associate to promote furniture and appliances at Wilcon locations in Pampanga. You will greet customers, demonstrate features, offer samples, and drive daily sales at the deployed stores.

The role requires a high school diploma, proven sales experience, and a readiness to start immediately. You will operate in a commission-influenced environment with standard benefits including SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-IBIG.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with sales experience in furniture or appliances.
• No visible tattoos.
• Willing to start ASAP and meet all requirements.

Responsibilities

• Product Promotion: Demonstrate features, provide samples, and deliver engaging presentations to persuade customers and drive sales.
• Customer Service: Welcome shoppers, listen to their needs, and provide expert recommendations.
• Merchandising & Display: Arrange products attractively on shelves, set up promotional booths, and ensure all items have correct tags and prices.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, rotate products, replenish shelves, and coordinate with supervisors for reordering.
• Reporting: Submit regular (daily/weekly) sales reports and biweekly or monthly inventory data to management.
• Cleanliness: Maintain the orderliness, security, and cleanliness of the assigned selling area and stockroom.
