Job summary

Powerserve is seeking a motivated Retail Merchandiser in Cavite to arrange and maintain paint product displays at assigned stores. You will ensure product visibility, stock availability, and respond to customer inquiries.

You will report daily results, coordinate with store staff, and receive benefits including a meal allowance and government-mandated benefits. Training is provided if you are new to the field.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or senior high school.
• Training provided; experience not required.
• Physically fit and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and maintain paint product displays in assigned stores.
• Ensure proper product visibility, cleanliness, and stock availability.
• Monitor inventory and report out-of-stock items.
• Assist customers with basic product inquiries.
• Coordinate with store staff and supervisors.
• Submit daily/weekly reports as required.
