Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in project coordination, site supervision, or technical deployment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in LED displays, DOOH, or digital solutions.
• Strong background in site management and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in project management tools and technical documentation; AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead project teams for LED displays, DOOH, and digital installations.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accountability within the team.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to align requirements and timelines.
• Review technical drawings, layouts, and project specifications prior to deployment.
• Manage site activities, including scheduling, logistics, permits, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure quality control and compliance during installation and turnover; identify risks and resolve issues on the ground.
• Provide structured updates, reports, and complete project documentation.
