Job summary

Career Connect seeks a Project Supervisor to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of digital display projects in Metro Manila. You will lead project teams, coordinate with clients and partners, and ensure timelines and quality meet technical standards.

The role requires a degree in ECE or related field and 3+ years in project supervision or digital display solutions, with at least 2 years of people management. LED/LFD installation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ECE or related technical course.
• At least 3 years of experience in project supervision or digital display solutions; 2 years of people management experience.
• Experience in LED/LFD systems and installation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of digital display systems, IT products, and installations.
• Experience in site assessments, technical documentation, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee pre-, during-, and post-installation of LED displays, LFDs, and interactive systems.
• Support pre-sales activities (site inspections, feasibility studies, technical assessments).
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, site partners, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare project reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Lead team performance, training, and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
