About the role

As a Project Supervisor at Walls in Motion, Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. With a full-time position based in Pasio City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising on-site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to resource allocation and quality control
• Coordinate and direct the activities of on-site teams, including tradesmen, subcontractors, and equipment operators
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
• Provide regular updates to project managers and clients on the status of the work
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any technical or logistical challenges
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and practices

• Significant experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
