The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and timely reporting across project sites in the Philippines. This position requires a Civil/Construction Engineering or related degree, with preferred experience in supervision and finishing works.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Experience in construction projects, site supervision or finishing works preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and specs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving technical and site-related concerns.
• Monitor project timelines, manpower, materials, and site requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Coordinate with the project team regarding site updates, concerns, and required actions.
• Perform other site-related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience handling construction projects, site supervision, and/or finishing works.
• Experience in construction materials, architectural finishes, fit-out, or related projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, plans, and specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to monitor multiple site activities.
• Willing to work on-site and travel/deploy to project locations as required.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or site exposure may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in general construction, architectural finishes, stone/sintered stone installation, fit-out works, or other finishing-related projects are highly preferred.
