Qualifications

• Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master (SAFe) or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Applies IT governance practices to support planning, reporting, compliance, and execution across activities.
• Coordinates governance routines, project support activities, and cross-team dependencies to align priorities and timelines.
• Communicates requirements, status, risks, and tradeoffs with team members and partner teams.
• Analyzes operational issues to identify root causes and practical next steps.
• Monitors metrics, reporting outputs, and governance checkpoints to improve delivery reliability.
• Improves templates, documentation, workflows, and team processes for consistency and transparency.

Improves templates, documentation, workflows, and team processes that reduce rework, strengthen consistency, and increase transparency. Builds team effectiveness through clear documentation, reusable materials, knowledge sharing, and task-level guidance for peers.
