Overview
Project Sales Manager role responsible for the project sales operation from initial lead generation to contract signing, coordinating with internal stakeholders for proposals, and maintaining good customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Attract, develop, and maintain relationships between ZTT and Telecom customers in the Philippines.
- Create detailed project proposals with accurate pricing, timelines and scope of work based on client requirements.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on key performance metrics.
- Proactively manage customer expectations, address issues promptly, and ensure successful project delivery to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Present ZTT strategy, solutions, and capabilities to existing and potential customers.
- Work with internal teams to define project scope, identify resource needs, and create project timelines.
- Achieve sales objectives.
- Initiate marketing activities, facilitate a technical workshop.
- Collaborate with technical teams and project teams to enhance high-level customer relationships.

- Strong oral and written communication skills in English & Filipino.

Professional Knowledge
- Measurable track record of building, managing, and delivering high-level customer relationships.
- Good business sense and commercial understanding.
- International Business/Sales background in Telco Industry is a must.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales or client relationship role in Telecommunications.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication/Marketing or a related field.
- Up-to-date with latest market trends and cable solutions.
Job Details
