Job summary

Hitachi Rail STS S.P.A. in Manila seeks a skilled Project Scheduler to develop master schedules for bids and for complex projects.

You will align detailed schedules with milestones set by customers and management, implement integrated planning processes, and support cost estimation and budgeting across the project lifecycle. You will contribute to project control through EVA analysis, reporting, and reliable project status; assist with WBS definitions and execution planning, ensuring on-time

Qualifications

• Develop master schedule for bid preparation and cost estimation.
• Develop project master schedule and detailed schedules aligned with milestones.
• Implement integrated planning processes and standards.
• Perform EVA analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain project planner budget.
• Support project team in scope analysis and WBS definition and execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop master schedule for bid preparation and planner cost estimation.
• Develop project Master Schedule and detailed schedules aligned with milestones fixed by customer/management.
• Implement integrated planning processes and standards.
• Ensure EVA analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain Project Planner budget.
• Support Project Team in scope analysis and Work Breakdown Structure creation.
• Support the Project Controller for economical monitoring of the project.
• Guarantee reliability and on-time availability of project reporting.

Job Description

• Ensure the Master Schedule development for the bid preparation and provide Planning tender documentation and Planner cost estimation
• Ensure the development of project Master Schedule and project detailed schedule aligned with the milestones fixed by the Customer and/or management expectation on deliveries
• Ensure the implementation of integrated planning processes and standards
• Ensure the project EVA analysis and reporting
• Ensure the development and maintenance of Project Planner budget.
• Support Project Team in the analysis of the scope of work , definition of the Work Breakdown Structure by implementing and optimizing project execution plans
• Support the Project Controller for the economical monitoring of the project
• Guarantee reliability and on time availability of project reporting
