Job Description:

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and scope documents for all marketing campaigns (brand and product)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Retail, After-Sales, Marketing) to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables and ensure they align with the overall marketing strategy.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly and provide recommendations for mitigation.

• Identify potential brand partners and initiate discussions for mutually beneficial collaborations.

• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure deliverables are on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Support the development and management of relationships with partners, including coordinating and executing partnership agreements.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to improve partnership initiatives.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or project management

• Fresh Graduate or 1 year of experience in project management (working in the consumer electronic industry is a bonus)

• Proficient in Mandarin and English

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Takes the initiative on tasks from A-Z

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
