Job summary

Suntrust Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to manage and grow its real estate portfolio in the Philippines. The role requires a strong background in sales and real estate selling, with a track record in sales management.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate (preferably business), licensed real estate broker, and can commit to full-time employment with Suntrust. Experience overseeing a team of managers and direct sellers is highly valued.

Qualifications

• College graduate (preferably Business courses)
• Licensed Real Estate Broker preferred
• 10 years experience in Sales/ Real Estate Selling
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
• Finalization of all housing units and subdivision amenities (e.g., clubhouses, multi-purpose facilities, swimming pool, fences, gates, guardhouses, basketball court).
• Architectural designs and conceptualization; preparation of design schemes, plans and perspectives of vertical projects.
