Job summary

Asia Select, Inc. (ASI) in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple construction and engineering projects from design through testing, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, scope, risk, and governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with clients. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in PM are required; PMP is preferred. Excellent leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project management, including bid and construction management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project; able to manage complex technical projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate time management and ability to meet deadlines in a team environment.
• PMP or related certification is preferred but not required.

• Develop and deploy project delivery solutions for client.
• Create detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
• Manage project scope, handle changes, and oversee key deliverables and milestones
• Establish project governance, communication channels, and reporting processes to ensure client satisfaction
• Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
• Ensure high standards of delivery quality and compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines
• Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring cost control throughout the delivery

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Business, etc.) and/or industry equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project management, including bid and construction management
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including MS Project) and managing complex technical projects
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Demonstrate work ethic, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment
