About the role:

Yondu Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a PMP certification to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex Information & Communication Technology projects. Based in our Makati City office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our strategic initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

1. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and objectives

2. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project progress and resolve issues

3. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management

4. Implement robust project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and transparency

5. Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control

6. Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively developing contingency plans

7. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management team members

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry

2. Possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

3. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
