Qualifications

Job description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end Project Management: Lead internal and client specific projects for the Learning team, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely execution, and cost effectiveness

  • Implementations for New Campaigns: Take point in the design, execution and evaluation of training strategies, headcount and key deliverables for newly launched accounts or business expansions

  • Curriculum & Content Development: Oversight of projects related to content development and facilitate the adoption of effective training methods tailored for the BPO Setting depending on the nature of the program being supported.

  • Learning Technology & Systems: Lead deployment of Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning tools, and other projects related to automation or enhancement of the overall training experience

  • Performance Metrics & Optimization: Establish KPIs to measure success of training implementations and analyze data for continuous improvement

  • Change Management & Readiness: Support business transformation by supporting the implementing of learning strategies that ensure a smooth transition for employees adapting to new processes, tools, or client requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must be PMP certified but those undergoing certification can be accommodated

  • CIPD certification will be a plus

  • 3+ years exposure in project management within a BPO

  • Preferably with experience working on projects involving Training and/or Learning & Development

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Familiarity in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and digital learning solutions

  • Knowledge of instructional design principles is an advantage
