Job summary

Concentrix in Metro Manila is seeking a Project Manager I to lead scoping, planning, and execution of assigned projects from solutioning to implementation. You will work with cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure projects meet targets.

You will develop and maintain project plans and dashboards, publish weekly reports, and support PMO initiatives across the CNX geo. This entry-level PM role offers exposure to diverse client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Engage on solutioning and create Transition Plans along with pricing via CPT
• Execute projects as awarded according to CNX process
• Resolve risks/issues that may impact the project
• Manage stakeholders (internal and external) effectively.
• Manage change/s in the project.
• Develop and update project plans, project dashboards, and publish weekly reports as needed
• Maintain organized project documentation, case studies for PMO repository.
• Support initiatives within the geo, the PMO team and CNX
• Others as required by the role

CNX Project managers are responsible for scoping, planning, executing and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed as targeted. PMs are engaged on an end-to-end model (Solutioning to Implementation) Projects types may be internal or external, simple to complex.
