A leading food services company in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced professional to manage projects and lead the Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in project management within the food industry and possess a relevant bachelor's degree. This role focuses on ensuring project completion, equipment efficiency, and innovative maintenance strategies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of work experience in project management and operations in the food industry.
  • PRC license in Architecture or Engineering or CPM license is a plus.

  • Lead Maintenance Group towards efficiency in equipment and utilities.

Job description

Job Objective:

  • Plans, coordinates, controls, bids, executes and completes assigned project construction for the SBU’s, in line with the commitment and goals of the Engineering Department, as directed by the Chief Operating Officer, Design & Engineer Director and Coach.

  • Leads the Maintenance Group of the Engineering Department in the development and implementation of strategies in the areas Corrective and Planned Maintenance, as well as the management of new technology, and implementation of utility and equipment efficiency.

Key Result Areas:

  • Key Result Area 1 – Project Management

  • Key Result Area 2 – Department Effectiveness/ People Management

  • Key Result Area 3 – Work Order Management in Corrective Maintenance

  • Key Result Area 4 – Design and implementation for Equipment and utilities efficiency

  • Key Result Area 5 – Administrative

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/ Engineering/Management/other courses relevant to project management

  • At least 10 years of work experience in project management/ people management/ strategic planning/ risk management/ Operations in the food industry.

  • PRC license in Architecture or Engineering or CPM license a plus.
