Job summary

Radii Global is seeking a skilled Data Platform Engineer to manage and coordinate projects focused on Data Platforms, Big Data, ETL, and data engineering. You will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.

You will oversee timelines, risks, and dependencies while supporting incident management and leveraging AI-assisted tools for deep-dive investigations and resolution. The role requires strong SQL and Big Data tech knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL knowledge including Spark SQL, Hive, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Hadoop, Apache Spark, and Hive in Big Data environments.
• Hands-on ETL experience with Talend.
• Proficient in Linux shell scripting.
• Basic understanding of ML concepts.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Control-M or Apache Airflow.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Sumo Logic or Splunk.
• Exposure to data visualization tools Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience in Incident Management and production support.

Responsibilities

About you

• Strong working knowledge of SQL, including Spark SQL, Hive, and PL/SQL
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies, particularly Hadoop, Apache Spark, and Hive
• Experience with ETL processes and tools, such as Talend
• Experience working in a Linux environment, including shell scripting
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts
• Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Control-M or Apache Airflow
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Sumo Logic and Splunk
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with Incident Management and production support processes
