Asticom is seeking a professional to manage the end-to-end co-branded cards pipeline and coordinate with cross-functional teams. The role involves facilitating design approvals, overseeing ongoing projects, and ensuring timely execution across Marcomm, Trade Marketing, and Commercial teams as well as third-party partners.

The candidate will support Public Sector initiatives, monitor budgets and timelines, and apply a blend of strategy, creativity, analytics and project management to deliver

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end co-branded cards pipeline
• Coordinates with cross functional teams on respective requirements.
• Facilitates the creative design and approval process
• Oversees BAU projects and content management. Coordinate requests and monitor execution
• Works in close collaboration with Marcomm, Trade Marketing and Commercial teams as well as third party supplier / agencies in order to achieve effective implementation and alignment of integrated marketing activities.
• Supports operational requirements for excellent executions of Public Sector projects

Resource & Budget Tracking:

• Monitor project spend and agency performance, Maintains and regularly updates accurate tracking & filing of monthly spends, inventories and project timelines.
• Ensure all activities and expenses are settled within the prescribed period. DISPLAYS (The Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors indicating how tasks/responsibilities will be performed)
• This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, creative, analytic and project management expertise. Should have exceptional relationship management skills as the role requires different stakeholder management, internal and external.
