I. JOB SUMMARY
Performs Project Management processes in order to provide renewable energy (RE) solutions for industrial, commercial, and residential customers under set strategic directions, operational tactics and programs / initiatives aligned with and fully supportive of the Company’s thrusts and objectives in the following key functional areas:
- Project Development and Construction
- Contract Management (with vendors/ contractors/ consultants for Subcontracting and Project Management processes)
- Safety Management
II. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION
- Develops project plan, resources, timeline and establish commitment to all stakeholders
- Coordination Coordinates with various stakeholders (suppliers, contractors, government agencies, utility, etc.) in order to meet project objectives, schedules and cost
- Coordination Coordinates with site host, customer, subcontractors, authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) on project development, safety, issues and risks
- Execution Executes of project deliverables, testing, quality assurance, commissioning, document turnover, acceptance signoff and closure
- Conducts review and post implementation project assessment
- Supports in the execution of billing and collection related to project execution CONTRACT MANAGEMENT (with vendors/ contractors/ consultants for Subcontracting and Project Management processes)

- Development Develops and implementation implements of outsourcing plan
- Assessment Assesses and selection selects of service provider/ vendor
- Development Develops and maintenance maintains of service level agreement and contracts
- Management Manages and compliance monitoring of service delivery
SAFETY MANAGEMENT
- Develops, implements, and imposes safety plan for projects
- Provides framework for the implementation of safety procedures and safe work practices to project workers
- Communicates safety-related incidents to management
- Conduct incident investigation and administer penalties to violators
- Identifiesy and manages safety risks involved in the project
- Ensurese compliance to local and national regulations (eg. DOLE, DOE, LGU, PCAB) related to occupational safety, health and environment and including the submission of reportorial reports

III. QUALIFICATIONS (i.e. Education, Licenses, Certificates, Skills, Relevant experience)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the solar/construction industries
- Certified Project Management Professional an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, among others)
- With National Safety Certification (eg. SO2)
