Job summary

MSpectrum Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee renewable energy projects across development, contract management, and safety. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Requires at least 2 years in solar/construction, PMI certification is an advantage, and strong Microsoft Office skills. The role is based in Metro Manila with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in solar/construction industries.
• Certified Project Management Professional an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• With National Safety Certification (eg. SO2).

Responsibilities

• Develops project plan, resources, timeline and establish commitment to all stakeholders.
• Coordinates with various stakeholders (suppliers, contractors, government agencies, utility, etc.) to meet project objectives, schedules and cost.
• Coordinates with site host, customer, subcontractors, AHJ on project development, safety, issues and risks.
• Executes project deliverables, testing, QA, commissioning, document turnover, acceptance signoff and closure.
• Conducts review and post implementation project assessment.
• Supports in the execution of billing and collection related to project execution.
• Develops and implements outsourcing plan
• Assesses and selection of service provider/ vendor
• Develops and maintenance of service level agreements and contracts
• Manages and compliance monitoring of service delivery
• Develops, implements, and imposes safety plan for projects
• Provides framework for safety procedures and safe work practices
• Communicates safety-related incidents to management
• Conduct incident investigation and administer penalties to violators
• Identifies and manages safety risks involved in the project
• Ensure compliance to local and national regulations related to occupational safety, health and environment and reporting.

I. JOB SUMMARY

Performs Project Management processes in order to provide renewable energy (RE) solutions for industrial, commercial, and residential customers under set strategic directions, operational tactics and programs / initiatives aligned with and fully supportive of the Company’s thrusts and objectives in the following key functional areas:

• Project Development and Construction
• Contract Management (with vendors/ contractors/ consultants for Subcontracting and Project Management processes)
• Safety Management

II. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION

• Develops project plan, resources, timeline and establish commitment to all stakeholders
• Coordination Coordinates with various stakeholders (suppliers, contractors, government agencies, utility, etc.) in order to meet project objectives, schedules and cost
