Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing interior fit-out projects, particularly for office and commercial spaces. You will oversee the project lifecycle — from initial planning and client coordination to execution and handover — ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure project milestones are met according to timelines and budgets.
• Lead site meetings, monitor construction progress, and resolve on-site issues.
• Prepare regular progress reports and project documentation.
• Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications.
• Manage procurement and logistics related to materials and equipment.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the project duration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project management for interior fit-outs, preferably in office/commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and basic knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp is an advantage.
• PMP or PRC license (Engineer or Architect) is a plus.
