Job description

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the following key deliverables:

  1. Project Management – initiates the project intake process and engages with relevant ITG representatives to implement projects. The task involves the creation of the Business Requirement Document elicited from the business units.
  2. Brand Compliance Project Releases – ensures that PRIME is compliant with the relevant Mastercard technical releases that happen every quarter. You will need to attend the various Mastercard and TSYS webinars on the said releases.
  3. Business-as-Usual support – as PRIME subject-matter expert, you are expected to support all the Unsecured Lending business units in the performance of their tasks when using PRIME.

How you’ll contribute

Leads all project implementations for the Unsecured Lending Division. Accountable for all the activities involved in the project intake and implementation. Able to give direction to the project and the project team on a regular basis.

Drives the Mastercard compliance-mandated changes up to the implementation. Responsible for the timely testing and implementation of the package to avoid penalties imposed for non-compliance. Able to analyze the changes and resolve any issues that may arise therein.

Performs requirement analysis and elicitation for products and services of the Unsecured Lending Division. Ensures that the new requirements set forth by the business are aligned with the functional specifications of the systems/applications used by the division.

Ensures maximum optimization and usability of PRIME and any other systems/applications used by the division. Monitors the functional behavior of Credit Cards including but not limited to authorizations, clearing, and settlement.

Provides support to the business units on all things relevant to PRIME and other applications. These should include performing the task in an automated way as a supplement to the manual tasks being performed by each unit.

Ensures documentation of all processes, policies, and procedures required to perform the tasks of the unit. Able to identify strengths and opportunities to improve the business processes and have foresight on new technologies that can be helpful for the business.
