Job Scope for Project Manager

1. Project Planning & Development
   Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
2. Team Management
   Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
   Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring alignment with goals.
3. Budget & Resource Management
   Monitor project costs and financial performance.
   Monitor tools and material usage on site.
   Secure funding and manage contracts with vendors.
   Optimize procurement strategies to reduce costs.
4. Execution & Quality Control
   Oversee site construction and installation processes.
   Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
   Address technical issues and unforeseen challenges during execution.
5. Risk & Compliance Management

6. Project Delivery & Maintenance

   Implement maintenance schedules and troubleshoot operational issues.
7. Reporting
