CLIENT: A backend semiconductor assembly and testing facility, with primary focus on automotive components. The site already employed over 2,000 personnel (numerous Filipinos)

POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER (Semiconductor Backend Development)

JOB LOCATION: Batamindo Industrial Park, Batam, Indonesia

ASSIGNMENT TYPE: Full-Time/Permanent

COMPENSATION: Monthly basic (offer would commensurate on relevant experience and position level) + monthly housing allowance + bonuses + annual wage supplement (equivalent to a month salary) + other benefits

JOB SUMMARY: In your role as a Project Manager (Back End Development), you will be accountable for the overall project success. You will lead a diverse cross functional project team and will be responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

• Plans, manages and controls the entire project life-cycle of the project & ensures successful hand-over to sustaining function.
• Ensures successful project execution through continuous assessment of progress and risks, managing deviations and driving the project team to solve problems that may arise in the course of the project.
• Leads a diverse cross functional team to deliver and achieve project objectives
• Negotiates with multiple stakeholders and convinces others to accept positions and trade-offs while maintaining relationships

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Must have project management experience, specifically in semiconductor backend development
• Must be strong in project planning and scheduling
• Understanding of project planning techniques, including scope definition, work breakdown structure, scheduling and resource allocation
• Knowledgeable in Project Management Frameworks and Methodologies
• Good communication, conflict resolution and leadership skills
• Possess knowledge in risk management principles, including risk identification, assessment, prioritization and mitigation
• Familiarity with budgeting and cost management techniques, including cost estimation, budgeting and cost control
• Must be willing de deployed in Batam, Indonesia
