Job summary

Datawords Philippines is offering a Project Management Intern role in Cebu City. You will assist Project Managers from launch to delivery, maintain project trackers, and help with KPI reporting.

The position supports several project streams, with standard 10:00 am–7:00 pm PHT hours, five days a week. Ideal for a proactive student seeking hands-on experience in digital marketing operations.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a strong interest in project management and coordinating multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple project requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Comfortable with reports, trackers, and KPIs.
• Basic understanding of digital platforms, websites, or CMS tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn, proactive, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to identify minor project issues and elevate concerns appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Support PMs in preparing files for project launch and ensure smooth launches to production teams.
• Help generate reports to monitor KPI and metrics for the team.
• Assist in monitoring progress of assigned projects and manage multiple requests to meet deadlines.
• Assist Senior PM in other PM and coordination work as needed.
• Participate in internal meetings and document key discussions with concise recaps.
• Maintain and update project trackers and internal documents for ongoing monitoring.
• Assist in resolving minor project-related issues and escalate when needed.
• Conduct QA checks on projects and post-web/digital integration verification on CMS platforms.
