A leading resource management firm is seeking a Project Incharge with 5-8 years of experience in construction project management. You will oversee project planning and daily operations, manage schedules and resources, and coordinate with various stakeholders. Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Muntinlupa, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or related construction courses.
• 5–8 years solid experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Take full charge of project planning, execution, and daily site operations.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
• Monitor progress, quality standards and safety compliance; review plans and methods.
• Prepare project reports, schedules and cost updates for management.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Procurement on project requirements.
