Job Description

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and implement quality control measures.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities and progress reports.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant experience in site supervision or project management.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong project management skills, ability to read blueprints, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Working Conditions: Primarily on construction sites, with varying hours depending on project deadlines.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong leadership qualities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
