Job summary

NEPTEL Design + Build is seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer to lead the design and build of 230V single-phase electrical systems for office interiors. You will review lighting layouts, load calculations, panel schedules, and electrical specifications, and supervise site teams to ensure safety and quality.

Graduate of Electrical Engineering with 2–3 years in commercial fit-out projects is required; COSH/BOSH certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer required.
• 2–3 years of experience in commercial fit-out projects.
• Experience in Design & Build (D&B) projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge in design and implementation of 230V single-phase electrical systems for office interiors.
• Familiar with lighting and power layouts, load computations, panel schedules, and electrical drawings/specifications.
• Experience in supervising electrical manpower and site operations.
• Safety Certification (COSH/BOSH or equivalent).
• Strong coordination and site supervision skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
