• Ability to analyze complex data and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of engineering principles, project lifecycle, and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of engineering projects within timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including specs, drawings, and progress reports.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct QA reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
• Prepare cost estimates and allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Conduct site inspections to verify specifications and workmanship.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure accessible records.
• Contribute to process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
