Qualifications

• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
• Strong CAD software and drawing interpretation skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and prepare detailed reports
• Excellent organizational skills; manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse teams
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle and QA processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to read technical specs, blueprints, and engineering documents
• Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
• Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of engineering projects within timelines and budget
• Develop and maintain project documentation including specs, drawings, and progress reports
• Analyze requirements and identify risks with mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure communication and resolve issues
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular QA reviews for standards compliance
• Prepare cost estimates and resource allocation plans
• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to verify specs
• Maintain organized project files and databases for easy access
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
