Job summary

Based on Scientia Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a hands-on Project Manager with 1+ year of experience in construction project management to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.

This is an on-site, full-time role located at Orean Place at Vertis North by Alveo Land in Quezon City, Metro Manila. The role requires reading construction drawings, scheduling, inter-discipline coordination, material management, and maintaining quality and safety checks across deliverables.

Qualifications

• 1. Must be a graduate of at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Sanitary/Mechanical/Industrial)
• 2. Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in construction project management
• 3. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• 4. Must be able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• 5. Must have time management and organizational skills
• 6. Must be proficient in use of standard applications and quick to learn various desktop or web applications
• 7. Must be conscientious about commitments and responsibilities

Responsibilities

• 1. Determines project objectives and specifications that will satisfy customer requirements
• 2. Develops project plans and schedules
• 3. Ensures project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality desired by the customer
• 4. Responsible for inter-discipline coordination and resolving problems
• 5. Responsible for ensuring situational awareness among stakeholders, particularly in budget and resource allocation, procurement schedules, conflicts, risks and mitigation plans, and project progress and delivery
• 6. Responsible for bill of materials creation and maintenance
• 7. Responsible for the preparation and review of engineering deliverables such as method statements, materials submittals, drawing submittals, quality and safety checks
• 8. Perform overall quality control of work
• 9. Maintains project data base containing plans and schedules, budget and resource allocation, communications, identified risks and mitigation plans, to ensure accountability, reviewability, and in aid of learning.
