You will break down the project scope into daily tasks, plan materials, conduct site inspections, enforce safety, and coordinate with subcontractors and clients. Responsibilities include testing, commissioning, and progress documentation on a project-based contract.

Qualifications

• BS degree: Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• At least 1 year of project implementation experience.
• Knowledgeable in CCTV and Access Control Systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• This is a project-based contract.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations and manpower.
• Ensure work is executed based on approved plans, schedule, and specifications.
• Break down project scope into daily tasks and monitor progress.
• Plan, request, and control materials to avoid shortages and wastage.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
• Enforce safety rules and conduct daily toolbox meetings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and other teams.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and support progress billing (FWAR).
• Identify delays, issues, and variation orders; implement solutions.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and project close-out activities.
