Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years in project engineering or similar in construction.
• Strong knowledge of civil/structural engineering and PM practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient in project management software and CAD tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop and implement detailed project plans.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversee the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including cost estimates, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
