Responsibilities and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be a graduate of Engineering or Architecture, or its equivalent from a reputable college or university.
Preferred candidates have at least 1 year of work experience related to vertical and/or horizontal engineering construction and/or Property Management from a reputable property developer, real estate, or contractor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily monitoring, inspection, evaluation, and implementation of necessary programs of actions to ensure compliance with the stipulated articles of contracts for housing, land development, and amenities awarded to each contractor.
- Daily updating and monitoring of accomplishment reports, including all other documentary requirements for each contract, for submission on a weekly basis or as required by the CEMD Head and other departments.
- Evaluation and checking for completeness and accuracy of contractors’ billings, requests for time extensions, materials specifications, and alternatives.
- Coordination and meeting with contractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in construction operations to promote and establish a common understanding in the execution of each project.
- Coordination and collaboration with the Project Development Group, Technical Support Group, Customer Service Group, and External and Survey Group for the status of each project construction accomplishment.
- Administration, assistance, and monitoring of units for turnover to buyers, addressing buyers’ concerns and complaints, including evaluation and processing of construction permits, bonds calculations, and certificates of final inspections for homeowners’ proposed extensions, modifications, and alterations of their units.
- Safekeeping and monitoring of all project material supplies, tools, and equipment, including preparation of requests for materials, office supplies, tools, and all other requirements needed for maintenance of the project, field office, its surroundings, and repairs of units, amenities, and facilities.
- Providing assistance during inspections by LGU’s, HLURB, Pag-ibig, and all other agencies or departments with official business transactions with the company and assigned project.
- Delegation, supervision, and monitoring of daily work assignments for repair crews, security personnel, drivers, and all other manpower assigned to the project.
- Performing other tasks or special projects related to the assigned role and position within the department.
