A leading company in filtration systems is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee projects from design to execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and at least 3-4 years of experience in project engineering, particularly in HVAC systems. This role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring compliance, and providing technical support, offering a dynamic work environment in Laguna.
Job Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of BS Electrical Engineer
2. Preferably with valid PRC license
3. Ability to supervise project on site from planning to execution

Required Experience:
1. At least 3-4 years proven working experience as a Project Engineer
2. At least 2 years experience in HVAC System and Chilled Water System
3. With BOSH/COSH Training
4. Knowledgeable in ISO Standards and Customer Relations Management
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Project Design and Estimation:
1. Perform on-site oculars for project estimation, design and recommendations for scope of work
2. Generate all technical requirements of the customer such as technical drawings, calculations, material, manpower and equipment requirements, etc.
3. Assist the Project Manager in submission of quotation and considering all requirements before submitting the quotation for final review
4. Recommend subcontractors for Purchasing accreditation and possible partnership
5. Prepare all bills of materials and fabrication requirements based on the approved design of the customer
6. Coordinate with the Sales team to secure the project and project 100% awarding of the project by accurately estimating the project cost.
7. Communicate with the client in consultation of technical requirements and coordinate additional work scope and/or recommendations as deemed appropriate.
8. Ensure design and estimate are well-reviewed by the superior and approved by the client and will be reflected in the contract and NTP/PO/NoA for proper reference in case of discrepancies.
9. Perform tasks as instructed by the Project Manager and/or President/CEO.
B. Project Execution:
1. Assist the Project Manager in overall manuever of project management from planning to execution
2. Supervise daily on-site project coordination, schedules, tasks and manpower assignments
3. Supervise multiple projects at a time with minimal supervision
4. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects; conduct testing and commissioning of the project using appropriate measuring equipment.
5. Requests and prepare all items ineeded to complete the project.
6. Ensure the project’s compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance and specification.
7. Monitor and report all project status to the Project Manager
8. Maximize project efficiency and profitability while monitoring progress and date of completion
9. Create and administer appropriate testing protocols to monitor project performance
10. Inform all supervisors and subcontractors promptly of any construction schedule changes, and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
11. Maintain budget, schedule, and project database oversight, and report regularly to project manager to keep him constantly informed of job progress, plans and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules
