Job summary

A construction project management firm in Metro Manila is looking for a candidate with experience in OSP operations. Responsibilities include preparing project-related reimbursements, monitoring expenses, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and knowledge in designing outside plant work. Familiarity with project documentation and communication concepts such as fiber optics is also important.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in OSP Operation.
• Knowledge and capable of designing outside plant work.
• Provide Administrative support to the outside plant provision process and familiar with various communications outside plant concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare replenishment/reimbursement of petty cash of project.
• Prepare Check Request Form payment for subcontractors.
• Monitor received PO from the client including billing status.
• Prepare materials Consumption Confirmation prior to billing.
• Filling of documents, e.g. PO and approved billing documents.
• Support Bidding preparation.
• Review proposed engineering drawings from subcontractors prior to submission.
• Monitor expenses per project awarded.
