Job description

The successful candidate will provide assistance to the Project Director of the ongoing and developed projects of Belle Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Industry Assessment: Conduct research on competitor’s products and monitor competitors’ activities and trends.
  • Product Development: Assist in product development, coordinate with other groups, and prepare project updates.
  • Finance: Assist in preparing financial projections, price lists, and payment schemes under close supervision.
  • Marketing: Coordinate in preparing marketing materials, assist during sales and marketing activities, and gather market and customer feedback.
  • Documentation / Systems: Assist in meeting the requirements of the Sales Team and gather relevant feedback.
  • Sales / Customer Service: Conduct regular project briefs to the Sales Teams, prepare product information documents, and assist in meeting the requirements of the Sales Teams.
  • Others: Assist in preparing requirements to secure project permits, handle administrative matters, and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • College graduate of any BS course, preferably Business Management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a real estate company.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership potential.
  • Familiarity with PD work, including financial runs.
  • Willingness to go to project sites.
