Key Responsibilities
Project Conceptualization & Feasibility
- Identify and conceptualize new development opportunities based on market trends and business goals.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research to assess project viability, demand, and financial potential.
- Develop business strategies for new projects, including pricing, positioning, and target markets.
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead the master planning, design, and development process in coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Oversee budgeting, cost analysis, and financial projections to ensure profitability.
- Secure necessary government permits and regulatory approvals for project implementation.
- Monitor construction progress and project execution to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and budget.
- Lead the handover process to customers, ensuring smooth transition to property management.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to align project goals.
- Work closely with external stakeholders, investors, contractors, and government agencies for project approvals and execution.
- Lead teams in resolving project delays, risks, and challenges to ensure timely completion.
Financial & Market Analysis
- Track project performance against profitability targets and investment returns.
- Assess real estate market conditions and adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Provide recommendations for new business opportunities, expansion, and investment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Has at least 5-7 years of experience in project development, business development, feasibility studies, or real estate development.
- Strong background in conceptualizing development projects, financial analysis, feasibility studies, and market research - specifically in managing vertical projects.
- Experience in sales and marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local building codes, real estate regulations, and permitting processes.
