JOB OVERVIEW:

Responsible for new business ventures including feasibility study preparation, bidding, finance negotiations and project management.

MAJOR PROCESSES:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Explore new business opportunities in power generation and distribution within the country and the Asia-Pacific region.
• Establish contacts/networks with government and/or private entities regarding new business possibilities
• Prepare the project feasibility studies all the legal requirements, bid paperwork, prequalification activities in consultation with our strategic partner for new business.
• Coordinate with Operations and other entities to assist in new business bid preparation.
• Responsible for project management and its execution until its turn-over to Operations group.
• Conduct post-calculation analysis of projects to improve quality of future tenders.
• Assist the implementation of the Alsons Conservation Program
• Assist in the implementation of quality and productivity initiatives in his department.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his superior

QUALIFICATION GUIDE:

• EDUCATION : Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, and BS Electrical Engineering
• LICENSURE : License Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• EXPERIENCE : At least 5-10 years' experience in power plant or Industrial Plant Operation, Registered CE, ME or REE
• SKILLS: Knowledge in computer like MS Office 365 (MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Excel), Proficient in oral and written communications skills, Must be knowledgeable in securing, processing and renewal of permits and licenses, Good interpersonal skills
