Project Development Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Development Manager shall be responsible for the integration of all project requirements of residential and commercial projects including the preparation of project status reports, competitor scanning, project financial reports, monitoring of selling and marketing budgets as well as inventory movements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a graduate of any business or technical courses: Business Management, Economics, Financial Management, Architecture/engineering. An MBA or have taken Urban Planning course would be a plus.
• Preferably with at least five (5) years’ experience in real estate planning or development.
• Above average knowledge in market research, planning, product development and finance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organized with attention to detail, pro-active and reliable
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Preferably a residence of Iloilo City or willing to be assign in Iloilo City
