Job Description

Doka Philippines is currently looking for a Formwork Designer who will lead various subject matters and manage a group of engineers in line with Doka Group leadership to support and promote the realization of strategies.

Your key responsibilities:

• End-to-end project planning, including material listing, offer drawings, shop drawings, coordinating projects, and client support agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate project verification with the static department or other relevant teams.
• Ensure team members and yourself coordinate with stakeholders according to technical rules.
• Share expertise during trainings, meetings, and information sharing sessions; actively participate in innovation and optimization processes.
• Prepare and discuss targets and performance with team members, aligning measures with company goals.
• Understand technical challenges faced by team members and provide guidance on solutions.

Qualifications

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure / Civil Formwork Design.

Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Project management skills: ability to handle multiple projects within deadlines and budgets.
• Teamwork skills: capable of working independently and collaboratively on major projects.
• Revit experience is a plus.
