About the role
Join our dynamic team at BLACK ARMOR INDUSTRIES CORP' as a PROJECT ASSISTANT. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to our Project Engineer in Pulilan Bulacan. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in Automotive industry and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.
What you'll be doing
- Assist the project manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing project documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders
- Support the procurement process by tracking orders, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate records and project documentation, including tracking project progress, budget, and timelines
- Coordinate logistics and transportation for site visits, meetings, and events
- Provide general office support, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and assisting with filing and data entry
What we're looking for
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Project
- PROJECT ASSISTANT (MECHANICAL ENGINEER)
Knowledgeable in autocad (2d and 3d)
Knowledge in technical drawings, schematics, and design interpretation
Familiarity in project monitoring, documentation, and reporting
Familiarity with automotive, mechanical, or electrical systems
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
